摘要
信号开关系统是大多数自动测试系统的关键组成部分,它在系统中可以实现测点与测试仪器间的连接,测试信号的路由切换和被测单元与电源系统的连接。从应用设计的角度出发,介绍信号开关系统的拓扑结构、开关选择,并举例说明它在自动测试系统中的布局与配置。
The signal switching system is a key component of most automatic test system. It can achieve the connections between the test point and the test instrument ,the route switching of the measuring signal and unit to be tested to power supplg system in the system. Proceed from the design, topological structure of signal switch system and the switch of selection are presented ,and the arrangement and configuration in the automatic test system are shown.
