摘要
介绍一种锻模数控加工的方法。其原理是按照形状、精度、使用要求的不同,将锻模分为三部分,并针对不同的技术要求,采用不同的加工工艺方案,从而简化工艺,提高效率。用一实例介绍了其实现过程。
A CNC machining method of forging die was proposed. For this method, the die was divided into three parts according to the shape, the accuracy and other equirements, so different processes with different technique requirements was realized. This method simplifies CNC processes and improves the machining efficiency. One practical application of this method was given out.
