摘要
目的 探讨厌食症患儿血清瘦素、甲状腺激素水平以及它们之间的关系。方法 应用免疫放射分析法（IRMA）测定48例厌食症患儿度40例正常对照组儿童的血清瘦素水平，同时用放免法测定其血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）水平。结果 2～10岁厌食症惠儿血清瘦素水平：男（1．45±1．24）μg／L，女（2．23±1．56）μg／L；正常小儿为：男（3．75±2．82）μg／L，女（6．29±2．45）μg／L；厌食症组血清瘦素水平显著低于正常对照组（P〈0．001），血清T3、T4水平显著低于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；厌食症患儿血清瘦素与T3、T4呈正相关（r值分别为0．49、0．56，均P〈0．01）。结论 瘦素与甲状腺激素之间存在相互调节，共同在调节摄食与能量代谢过程中发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum leptin and thyroid hormone in children with anorexia, and their relationship. Methods Immunoradioassay was used to measure the serum levels of leptin in 48 anorectics and 40 normal children of the same age group. At the same time, radioimmunoassay was used to measure their serum triidothyronine（T3）, thyroxine（T4） levels. Results Serum leptin levels of anorectics（age 2-10 years old） were （1.45± 1.24） μg/L in male and （2.23±1.56） μg/L in female. Serum leptin levels of normal children were （3.75±2.82） μg/ L in male and （6.29±2.45） μg/L in female. The serum leptin level of anorectics was lower significantly than that of normal children （P 〈0. 001）. And the serum thyroid T3, T4 levels were lower significantly than those of normal children,too （ P 〈0.05）, There was significant linear correlation between leptin and T3, T4 in anorectics（ r=0.49, 0.56,all P〈0.01） . Conclusion Leptin and thyroid hormone mutually regulate,and together they have roles in the adjustment of appetite and energy metabolism.
