分别从硬件和软件2方面阐述了改进措施,在实际运用中取得较好的效果。对于如何做好电能量采集器的建设、改进和完善工作,有一定的参考借鉴价值。
Improvement of data collector is described in this paper from two parts： hardware and software. It provides some references for construction and improvement of data collector.
