通风模式对垃圾渗出液微生物循环接种强化堆肥的影响

Effect of Aeration Modes on MSW Composting Inoculated Microbes Separated from Leachate

摘要 采用小风量连续通风和大风量间歇通风两种方式,进行2组自制菌剂接种堆肥和1组未接种堆肥的对比试验,研究了不同通风方式对垃圾渗出液微生物接种堆肥的影响。结果表明,与接种间歇通风组相比,接种连续通风组耗氧速率高出30%以上,堆肥过程中纤维素酶活性平均高出28.7%,呈现出明显的优势,堆体内微生物更为活跃,表明连续通风更有利于堆肥的腐熟稳定,间歇通风在一定程度上削弱了菌剂接种的有效作用。 To optimize aeration of intensified MSW composting inoculated microbes separated from leachate, three composting tests with two aeration modes, including continuous aeration with low air flow rate and intermittent aeration with higher air flow rate, were investigated in this paper. The experimental results indicate that: comparing to the intermittent aeration, the oxygen consumption rate in inoculation cornposting with the continuous aeration was over 30% higher, and average cellulose enzyme index in whole composting process was also 28.7% higher. It means that the biological activity of microbes in composting mass was enhanced under the continuous aeration mode, and degradation of the organic wastes was accelerated notably. Furthermore, intermittent aeration weakened the biological activity of inoculated microbe. Continuous aeration with low air flow rate is a better mode than the intermittent aeration with higher air flow rate for the intensified inoculation composting.
