摘要
高压直流输电在中国西电东送和电力系统互联中起着非常重要的作用。详细研究了高压直流换流站运行管理中的主要技术问题,提出了建立500 KV高压直流换流站运行管理专家系统,将专家经验和运行规程相结合,将设备安全性建立在科学管理的平台上,为保证电网的安全运行提供了新的措施。
HVDC plays a very important role in transmitting power from western area to the east China and in the interconnecting power system in China. After studying on the main problems about the operation and management of HVDC converter station, the method is put forward to set up the managing expert system in .500kV HVDC converter station, and to combine operation rules with the expert＇s experiences. It offers the new measure to guarantee the safe operation of power grid.
