摘要
自由曲面前照灯是最具发展潜力的前照灯之一。自由曲面前照灯的反射器是无法用数学方程来描述的自由曲面,其设计一直是前照灯设计中的一个难点。研究用计算机仿真设计来进行自由曲面前照灯的设计。其主要内容包括光源建模、自由曲面反射器的设计和前照灯照明效果模拟三大部分。论文给出了设计实例结果。
Freeform headlamp is one of the headlamps with great potentialities. The reflector of a freeform headlamp is a freeform surface which cannot be defined by mathematical functions and the design of which has always been a difficulty in the process of headlamp design. Designing a freeform headlamp was focused on by using computer simulation design. It mainly included: light source modeling, freeform reflector design and headlamp illuminating effect simulation. The practical designing result was given.
