摘要 船舶性能CFD计算领域有必要尽快形成螺旋桨敞水性能CFD计算的快速预报能力,以快速响应用户的需求,使CFD成为螺旋桨设计的手段之一,并利用这一手段,发挥CFD计算结果信息量大的特点,对螺旋桨进行相关的性能考察计算。文章介绍了708研究所利用F luen t软件在螺旋桨敞水性能计算中的计算流程,以某船所使用的侧斜反弯扭桨作为研究对象,给出了敞水性能曲线的计算结果,并与试验测量值作了比较;同时还介绍了对此桨的性能情况所进行的一些数值计算考察。 Modern CFD calculation of ship performance needs to have the capability of quick prediction of propeller open water performance in order to provide quick response to customer enquiry, and to make CFD one of the means of propeller design. Supported by its features of mass information from CFD calculation results, it can be also used to calculate and investigate relevant propeller performance. The paper presents the work done in MARIC to run the CFD software FLUENT to calculate the open water performance of the propeller, the process of calculation, the results of calculation on open water performance curve of a propeller with high skew and rake tip designed for a newbuilding design and a comparison with the trial measurement. The related calculation and investigation on the open water behavior of this propeller is also reported.
