摘要
介绍了闪光灯的工作原理及其在高速印刷机数字监控系统中的应用.应用效果表明,当印品高速运动时,闪光灯能够提供稳定的光源,并且其发光持续的时间可以作为CMOS图像传感器快门开启的时间,从而使高速印刷机数字监控系统能够拍摄到清晰的高速运动印品的照片.它已被成功地应用到印刷工业的生产现场.
monltonng This paper introduces the operation principle of flashtubes and their application in a digital system for high-speed presses, it is shown that a flashtube can be used as a stable light source, and its lighting time can be used as the time of shutter opening of the CMOS image sensor. When a press is running at high speed the digital monitoring system can produce a clear photo of the press. This has been successfully applied to production fields of the printing industry.
