摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定参芪心血康胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为乙腈-水(17∶83),流速为1·0ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为230nm,进样量为10μl。结果:芍药苷进样量在0·10μg^1·00μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0·9999),平均加样回收率为98·76%(RSD=1·35%)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好、回收率高,可用于本品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Senqi sodium ferulate capsules.METHODS： The determination was performed on C18 chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- water（17 ： 8：3） with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The column temperature was 30℃; the detection wavelength was 230nm and the sample size was 10μl1.RESULTS：Good linear relationship with peak area occurred when the sample size of paeoniflorin was at a range of 0.10μg-1.00μg（r =0.9 999） .The average recovery was 98.76% （RSD = 1.35%） .CONCLUSION： This method is easy to handle yet with accurate results, good reproducibility and high recovery rate; and it can be used for the assaying and quality control of Senqi sodium ferulate capsules.
