摘要
目的:强化医疗机构药品集中招标采购政府监控。方法:采用Dreamweaver Mx,辅以Flash、Photoshop和Fireworks建立医疗机构药品集中招标采购管理政府监控网。结果与结论:该网络能有效实现对药品购、销两条线的全程监控,促使医疗机构提高中标药品的采购比例,推进行风建设。
OBJECTIVE： To intensify the governmental monitoring on drug bidding in medical institutions. METHODS： Governmental monitoring network for drug bidding in medical institutions was established by using program of Dreamwcaver- Mx together with Flash, Photoshop and Fireworks. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： This network can effectively perform the monitoring during the whole process of purchasing and selling of medicine, thus promoting the increase of the ratio of drug purchasing by bidding and facilitating the construction of occupational moral standard.
