摘要
了解人群中乙型肝炎候选基因FGL2、eNOS、HMGB1的SNP,为大规模筛查奠定基础。采用PCR及限制性内切酶技术判定基因型并进行Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律检验。除FGL2 111T/C位点等位基因频率为0放弃继续检测外,其他位点频率大于5%而且符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,说明该人群具有良好的代表性,可在收集的大量患者中检测以进一步明确与乙型肝炎的关系。
To investigate the polymorphisms of hepatitis B candidate genes FGL2, eNOS and HMGB1 of patients from infections department in Xinan Hospital. The polymorphisms were analyzed with PCR and restriction enzymes, and were detected with Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium. It shows that the observed genepolymorphism, except in FGL2 111/C position, are in Hardy - Weinberg genetic equilibrium. The study will be processed in a larger scale (except in FGL2 111/C position) to characterize the relationship between hepatitis B and these genotypes.
