摘要
目的通过超声检查了解颈椎牵引加药物外用和手法整复及TDP照射4种疗法同时治疗与非同时治疗的疗效对比情况。方法经X线、CT及超声检查结合临床确诊为椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)患者120例,按首次就诊随机分为同时治疗组和对照组(各60例)。同时治疗组是在颈椎牵引的同时给予手法整复、药物外用和TDP照射,而对照组是将上述4种疗法分次治疗。结果经30d观察,其疗效采用R id it分析,认为牵引同时综合治疗CSA疗效较非同时治疗差异显著,有统计学意义。结论牵引同时综合治疗疗效高,缩短了治疗时间及疗程,认为其是行之有效的方法。
Objective To study the effects of simultaneous treatments and separate treatment of traction, external use of medicine, massage and TDP irradiation by ultrasonography. Methods 120 patients, diagnosed as cervical spondylosis of certebral artery type （CSA） by X Ray, CT and ultrasonography, were randomly halved according to their first visit：the group of simultaneous treatment group, and the control group. The former was treated with traction,external use of medicine, massage and TDP irradiation at the same time, while the latter was treated separately with these 4 therapies in turn. Results Through observation of 30 days and Ridit analysis showed that traction together with comprehensive treatments on CSA were much more curative than separate treatment. There is great statistical diffevenie. Conclusion Traction combined with comprehensive treatments is more curative, which can shorten the period of treatment.
