摘要
目的探讨HBVDNA和前S1抗原(Pre-S1)在HBV-Pre-C区段变异株感染者中的临床应用价值。方法102份乙型肝炎患者血清标本,按HBeAg阳性、HBeAg阴性且HBV-Pre-C区段(nt1896)变异阳性和HBeAg阴性且HBV-Pre-C区段(nt1896)变异阴性分为三组,分别对Pre-S1和HBVDNA进行检测分析。结果HBV-Pre-C区段变异阳性组Pre-S1和HBVDNA检测结果与HBeAg阳性组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);HBV-Pre-C区段变异阴性组Pre-S1和HBVDNA与HBeAg阳性组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Pre-S1与HBVDNA在评价HBV复制上有高度的一致性,在检测HBV-Pre-C区段变异患者时有相似的应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of HBVDNA and Pre -S1 in patients with HBV precore mutant. Methods 102 serum samples of type B hepatitis, dividd in to three groups according to HBeAg positive, HBeAg negative and HBV - Pre - C segment mutation positive or negative, separately detected and analyzed the HBVDNA and Pre - S1. Results The HBVDNA and Pre - S1 results of group HBV - Pre - C segment mutation positive had no significant difference with HBeAg positive （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but group HBV - Pre - C segment mutation negative had significant difference with HBeAg positive（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions HBVD- NA and Pre -S1 have high consistency in evaluating HBV duplication, and have semblation applicable value in detecting HBV -Pre- C segment mutation.
