摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,通过水杨酸和异丁醇酯化反应合成水杨酸异丁酯,研究了各有关因素对产品酯化率的影响。实验结果表明:对甲苯磺酸是合成水杨酸异丁酯的良好催化剂,在酸醇物质的量比为1∶1.8,催化剂用量为5%,甲苯10mL,反应时间6h,反应温度120—140℃的条件下,水杨酸异丁酯的酯化率可达84.2%。
Isobuty/sulieylate was synthes/zed from salicylic acid and isobutyl aleohd using p-toluene sulphanie acid as catalyst.The influence factors on the yield of isobutyl salleylate were discussed .The results showed that p-toluene sulphonie acid was a good catalyst for synthesizing isobutyl salieylate.The yield of isobutyl salieylate was up to 84.2% when molar ratio of salicylic acid to isobutyl alcohol was 1 : 1.8, amount of catalyst was 5%, water-cerrying agent toluene was 10 mL, reaction time was 6h, and reaction temperature was 120-140 ℃.
