摘要
利用化学法合成了新生态MnO2/凹凸棒土复合催化剂,对模拟苯酚废水进行了臭氧化处理,考察了不同条件对苯酚催化臭氧化过程的影响。结果表明,复合催化剂对体系臭氧化过程中苯酚的降解和COD的去除有显著的促进作用,含催化剂时反应动力学受体系pH值的影响程度明显减小。在pH=8.0的条件下,催化剂投加量以500 mg/L为宜。适当操作条件下,体系COD的最高去除率可达85.3%。
Fresh MnO2/attapulgite was used as compound catalyst for ozonation of phenol in aqueous solutions, and the different conditions of catalytic ozonation have been investigated. The results showed that compound catalyst has a remarkable affection on the degradation of phenol and the removal of COD in phenol ozonation, and reaction kinetics is dependent on the pH value of system a little when catalyst exists. Under the condition of pH=8.0, feasible catalyst load is 500mg/L. the removal of COD reached 85.3% on suitable operation.
