摘要
研究了以制药污水处理厂污泥为原料,分别以磷酸和氯化锌为活化剂制备污泥活性炭,选取活化剂浓度、固液比、活化温度及活化时间等因素,通过正交试验确定最佳工艺参数,并以果壳作添加剂提高活性炭性能。通过静动态吸附实验,探讨了污泥活性炭作为水处理吸附剂的去除效果。结果表明:氯化锌活化,氯化锌浓度40%,活化时间30min,活化温度600℃,固液比为1∶2—1∶3,污泥活性炭对COD的静动态饱和吸附量为31.3、28.14mg/g,色度去除率>85%。
The preparation teehndogy of producing sludge activated carbon using pharmaceutical waster water sludge was discussed, phosphoric acid and zinc chloride were respectively used as a sludge activation agent during the pyrolytic prosess .The activation agent concentration, the ratio of solid to liquid, the activation temperature and activation time were chosen as fourimpact factors.The optimal operating conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment, and make chemical additive by the netshell to improve the iodine value of sludge activated carbon. The removal effect of sludge activated carbon was preliminarily diacussed during the static experiment and dynamic experiment, Resuhs indicated that the optimal conditions were forty percent concentration solution of ZnCl3-immersed sludge pyrolyzed at 600 ℃ for 20 min in a radio of 1:2.The maximal adsorbing capacity of sludge activated carbon of static experiment and dynamic experiment was respectivdy 31.3 、28.14 mg/g,and the removal efficiency of chroma was more than 85%.
