摘要
进行了“ＧＳ－１”农药的急性毒性和亚慢性毒性试验。结果表明，“ＧＳ－１”急性毒性有明显的性别差异。雄性大鼠属于低毒范围，雌性大鼠属于中等毒范围。亚慢性毒性显示６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量组，动物出现中毒症状并引起部分动物死亡，白细胞计数降低，肝体比增大，肝细胞脂肪变性。亚慢性毒性试验的最大无作用剂量（ＭＮＬ）为２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。
A study on the acute and subchronic toxicity of pesticide “GS 1” was carried out with the following results: In acute toxicity test, the toxicity of “GS 1” showed difference in male and female rats with, LD 50 being 1330 mg/kg and 348 mg/kg respectively. With a dose over 60 mg/kg, adverse effects were observed, including poisonous symptoms(e.g.dying, decreasing in the number of white blood cells, increasing in liver weight ratio). The maximum non effect level(MNL) of the GS 1 was 20 mg/kg.
