摘要
三峡水库提前蓄水是充分发挥三峡水库效益的重要课题,而提前蓄水必然会提高三峡大坝的防洪风险,有必要提出一个有效的调度方案解决。本文在分析三峡水库洪水的基础上,提出了9月分旬控制蓄水的方案,针对不同频率的洪水组合进行了调洪演算,得到了9月各旬相应的防洪限制水位,并对其发电效益进行了比较。所得结论可供三峡工程在实际运行中制定调度方案参考。
Ahead impounding water of Three Gorges reservoir is an important problem of getting more benefit of Three Gorges Project(TGP), but it will inevitablely increase the risk of flood control. It is necessary to put forward an effective scheme to meet the flood control requirement. A safety control water level impounding scheme in September is presented based on the analysis of flood frequency and flood detention capacity of the TGP. The safety control water level at dam site is of this study can be used proposed and the corresponding benefit of more power generation is calculated. The results for enactment of the TGP operation scheme.
