摘要
运用配对样本秩和检验的方法,对中国电力产业改革前后34家上市公司的经济效益进行显著性检验后,可以发现中国电力产业改革前后经济绩效并无显著变化。对此种现象如果运用产业组织理论,可以从市场结构方面给出解释,据此对深化电力体制改革提出的建议是:放宽市场准入;减少政府对电力生产的干预程度;加快推行竞价上网。
After checking the remarkableness of the 34 listed electric power companies' economic returns by means of paired sample rank sum test since Chinese electric power industry reform,we may find there is no notable change in economic performance before and after the reform.This phenomenon may be explained by using the industrial organization theory from the point of view of the market structure.Therefore,the suggestions about deepening the reform of the electric power system are as follows: broadening market admittance;reducing government intervention in electric power production;fastening the speed of joining the electric net by biding up.
