摘要
用三防整理剂HPC-1、易去污整理剂SR对织物进行三防加易去污整理,讨论了不同整理剂用量、催化剂选择、pH值对整理效果(拒水性、拒油性、易去污性)的影响。通过试验,推荐处方为SR-83 60 g/L,HPC-1 80 g/L,适量专用催化剂,pH值调节至7。
With finishing agent HPC-1 and soil release finishing agent SR, the water/oil/stain proofing and soil release finish of cotton fabric were carried out. The influence of the dosage of finishing agent, selection of catalyst and pH value to finishing effect including water and oil repellency and soil release ability was discussed. Based on trials, the recipe was recommended as follows： SR-83 60 g/L, HPC-1 80 g/L, suitable special catalyst, and pH value of 7.
