摘要
以环状磷腈衍生物为阻燃剂,采用共混改性方法制备阻燃粘胶纤维,讨论了阻燃剂添加量对粘胶纤维燃烧性能和染色性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的阻燃粘胶纤维染色前后极限氧指数≥28,随着阻燃剂添加量的增加,阻燃粘胶纤维的吸附上染速率提高,固色速率下降,最终固色率下降。
The newly fire-retardant viscose fiber was prepared with the cyclotrlpnospnazene oerlvative as flame retardant, In this paper, the combustibility and dyeing behavior of the fire-retardant viscose fiber were studied. The results showed that the modified fiber could reach the Limit Oxygen Index fire-retardant standard (LOI ≥28). It was found that with the increasing of fire retardant content, the dyeing rate increased, the rate of color fixing and final fixation yield dropped.
