摘要
应用微电子技术来提高传统双金属片式热继电器性能指标以及实现多功能的保护特性.提出解决电子式热继电器过载保护中的热量积累与发散的一种方法.
With the micro-electronics technique, the authors develop a new method to improve the performance index of bimetal thermal over-load relay and make it pocess a protection characteristic with multiple functions. This paper also put forward a method to solve thermal accumlation and radiation when the relay is on working.
