摘要
描述了火花塞离子电流产生的机理、检测方法;指出了离子电流检测过程中存在的几个关键性问题,采用离子电流法在模拟燃烧系统上进行预混燃烧研究,获得较为理想的离子电流信号;并定性分析了离子电流强度与燃烧室内压力、空燃比、负荷之间的关系,为离子电流燃烧诊断系统的进一步研究奠定了基础。
The mechanism of ionic current production and detective method and Basic characteristics of ionic current are discussed. Several key problems that we focused on are presented during detecting ionization current process. An experimental research of premixed combustion of Propane/air mixture is conducted in a analogue combustion system in this thesis. A good ionic current waveform is acquired. The quality relationship between ionic current density and pressure in chamber, air/fuel ratio, and load are analyzed .this lay foundation for research on combustion diagnosis system based on spark plug ionization current.
