播种盘型孔参数的理论计算与试验分析——以大豆双条高速气吸式播种盘为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了满足大豆双条高密度和高速播种的要求,研制了既适合于单条精密播种又适合大豆双条精密播种的单盘、单种室高速气吸式排种器,并对播种盘的型孔参数进行了详细地理论分析和计算。经大量试验数据证明:在排种器负压腔内真空度为0.004~0.005MPa时,播种速度可以达到8~12km/h,各项性能指标均达到或超过国家标准要求,为在我国推广高速精密播种技术提供了技术保证。 to meet the demand of high-density and high-speed for sPlit-row feed for soybean, we developed one single-wheel, single chamber and high-speed pneumatic feed, that is applicable for single and split row precision drilling for soybean. We did a mass of particular theoretic analysis and calculation, the data of test proved that the speed of drilling would reach 8 ~ 12 km/h as the value of vacuum gauge is 0.004 ~ 0.005MPa, the indexes of all performance up to or exceed the demand national standard. It provides the technical guarantee for popularizing the technique of precision drilling in our country.
