摘要
针对自行设计的微波破乳器的结构进行了优化研究试验,重点考察了加热管道在微波破乳器中的不同位置、不同管径及不同管数的情况下,微波对水和乳化油吸热功率的影响,得出了微波破乳器结构的最佳条件。制备含水率50.0%的乳化油,经优化的微波破乳器处理离心分离后的油层含水率为4.0%,比经过常规加热获得相同温升的乳化油离心分离油层含水率降低12.7个百分点。
The structure of the microwave demulsefier designed independently was optimized. The influence of microwave on endothermic power of water and emulsified oil was mainly investigated as the heating pipes had different conditions in the microwave demulsefier, such as position, diameter and amount. The optimum conditions of the demulsefier's structure were obtained. The moisture content of the emulsified oil treated by this demulsifier was reduced from 50. 0% to 4.0%, which was 12.7% lower than that only treated by the conventional heating method.
