摘要
本文依据国外文献公布的杜拉铝材料130℃高温蠕变试验数据,用分析金属蠕变性能的数学方法,从蠕变试验曲线推导出适用于汽轮发电机转子铝合金槽楔在130℃时的应力一变形解析表达式和许用蠕变强度极限,同时确定了其适用范围。本文分析了我国现有的50~300MW汽轮发电机转子槽楔上的受力情况,根据推导出的结果,论证了杜拉铝槽楔以130℃为稳态温升限值的可行性及限制条件。
Abstract This paper deduced an analytic expression of stress-strain of the dur-alium material in creep characteristic at 130℃ and allowable creep strength limit, meanwhile defined its available region for turbogenerator, which describes four creep time curves with different stress values from creep test to be given out by a reference . The paper, calculated the stress on wadges of turbogenerator rotors with capacities from 50 upto 300MW in China and demostrated the feasibility and limiting condition taking 130℃ as temperature limiting of dur-alium wadge in steady heating.
