摘要
在知识经济条件下,经济和社会的发展,不仅取决于人才的数量和结构,更取决于人才的创造精神和创新能力,创新意识和创新能力不足给大学生发展带来许多弊端。在面向21世纪的高等教育改革实践中,将大学生创新能力的培养与高校招生制度改革有机结合既是教育创新的一个新课题,也是大学生教育的一个永恒主题。
Under the knowledge economical condition, the economical and social development, is not only decided by talented person＇ s quantity and the structure, but also by talented person＇ s creation spirit and the innovation ability, the innovation consciousness and ability insufficient development for the university student brings many malpractices. In the 21st century in the higher education reform, the cultivation of the university student＇s innovation ability and the university enrollment system reform also are the new topic of education innovation. It is also the eternal subject in the university students education.
