摘要
农村劳动力就业,是我国亟须研究的一个重大课题。在大城市较高收入和较多就业机会的吸引下,大量农民工和农村扩招生涌入大城市。事实上,这是短期盲目从众的行为;从长期看,若其回乡就业县域,则更能发挥比较优势。
The employment of our village labor force is an important topic that China needs to study urgently. That the peasant worker and the village-born expanding university student flow out into the big city in large quantity currently is a short-term behavior of following others blindly. From a long-term view, it is a wise choice that they return to their home village and are employed in county in wder to develop their comparative advantage.
