摘要
详细分析了一种新型非隔离式有源缓冲Buck变换器的工作原理,该变换器的主开关管、辅助开关管和主续流二极管均可实现软开关。缓冲电路独立于主电路之外,只在开关状态切换时才与主电路连接,在保证缓冲电路只有很小平均功率的同时,保证了缓冲电路只改变负载动态轨迹而不改变电路的稳态性能,可在较宽的负载范围内实现软开关,具有结构简单,控制容易的特点。仿真和实验均证明了分析和设计的正确性和可行性。
This paper presents a detailed analysis of a novel soft-switching Buck converter using an active snubber. The active snubber cell used in the converter provides soft-switching not only for the main switch and the main diode ,but also for the auxiliary switch in the cell itself.As apart from the main circuit in duty free time of the main switch,the active snubber cell consumes a very small average power and have no influence to the static performance of the main circuits,so the whole system provides a large overall efficiency and a wide load range.The topography of the proposed soft-switching Buck converter is very concise which ensure a very convince control strategy.The simulative and experimental results are provided to verify the analysis of the converter and the feasibility of the design.
