摘要 对本地电话网关键技术(NTP、GPS、UTC)的获取及传播方式进行了分析,比较了时间同步算法的不同方案并讨论了最优的算法。根据交换网管系统的交换机接入方式,分别开发了串口同步程序和网口同步程序,解决了运营商之间由于话费单据不统一而造成的无法结算等问题。 Ways to obtain and spread key technique (NTP, GPS, UTC) were analyzed, and different synchronous calculate algorithms in time were compared. Then best optimal algorithm was discussed. According to the way switching network management system connects, a synchronous procedure and a net synchronous procedure were developed. The problems that settlement couldn't be done caused by disunity of phone fees were solved.
