摘要
对大型仓库中有多台存取设备同时作业,如何优化调度存取设备,提高存取设备的自动识别能力,使设备最大限度地发挥其效能,针对此问题提出了一种优化调度方法,利用遗传算法,将自动化立体仓库的常规控制策略改进为智能控制,并进行了实数编码、适应度函数、选择算子、交叉算子和变异算子的设计。实验结果表明该方法能够大幅度降低货物的出入库时间,在实际应用中获得了良好效果。
When many storage/retrieval vehicles were working simultaneously, how to schedule optimally the vehicles was proposed, in order to boost their automatic recognition capability and exert their efficiency furthest. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI) idea, a scheduling approach was studied and an optimal genetic algorithm (GA) was proposed to design code, fitness fimction, selection operator, crossover operator and mutation operator, Experimental results showed this approach could reduce task time greatly and had a good effect in actual application.
