摘要
目的探讨抗青光眼的手术方法和效果。方法对自1999年9月-2003年11月60例双眼均需作滤过性手术的青光眼患者,眼压较高眼行改良巩膜瓣可调整缝线法,另一眼行传统小梁切除术进行比较。结果术后远期眼压、功能型滤过泡、视野复查与术前对照均有显著差异性。结论本方法安全、简便、有效,一次手术有两次调整眼压的机会,术后早期并发症少,远期眼压控制满意,无线结刺激,是一种值得推广的术式。
Objective To modify the traditional anti-glaucoma operation and observe effects of the modification. Methods From september 1999 to november 2003, the author collected 60 cases of patients with glaucoma, whose one eye of higher intraocular pressure underwent a modified sclera flap readjust sliting-line operation, another eye received a traditional trabeculectomy. Results After the operation, the condition of long＇term intraocular pressure,functional type filtration bleb and visual fieId have all promoted to be significantly than befor the operation. Conclusion The modified technique is safe, simple, and effective, Intra-ocular pressure can be adjusted twice through this single perfomation. After the operation, earlier period complications, are fewer long-term intra-ocular pressure better controled is and there is no irratation of ligation that all make the technique worthy of generalization.
