摘要
目的探讨战时烧伤后并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）行机械通气治疗期间气道护理的有效措施。方法对我院1994年1月-2004年12月间收治的11例舰船烧伤并发ARDS行机械通气治疗患者的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果8例患者顺利脱机，度过病危期，3例因其它并发症死亡。结论根据不同的烧伤并发ARDS的特点采取针对性的护理措施，做好气道护理，确保机械通气治疗效果，是减少烧伤并发ARDS病死率的关键。
Objective To explore the effective airway nursing ol the extensive burns m warship accompanied by acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） during the mechanical ventilates. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted. The data of 11 patients who suffered extensive burns in warship from 1994 to 2004 and treated with mechanical ventilation were analyzed. Results 8 patients disengaged from ventilator and were cured successfully; 3 patients died because of the subsequent complications. Conclusions Strict and effective airway nursing is the key of ensuring therapeutic efficacy of machinery ventilates and can reduce mortality rate.
