摘要
本文介绍一种以低成本超细镍纤维制成的多孔基板在Ni—MH电池正极上的应用。这种镍纤维的平均直径在2~4μm左右,松装密度为0.2~0.32g/cm^3之间,该镍纤维的表面积达1.7m^2/g。以这种超细纤维制得的电极基板具有高空隙率(95%)、高填充率(1.79g/cm^3)和卓越的电极卷绕性和理想的空隙形状等特点。
A porous plate made of the thin nickel fibre at a low cost was introduced. This plate was applicable to Ni-MH and/or Ni-Cd battery as positive electrode. The average diameter and the pile density of the thin nickel fiber were 2- 4μm and 0. 2-0. 32g/cm3respectively. Its apparent dimension was up to 1. 7m2/g. The high porosity and active material impregnation amount of the fiber plaques were about 95% and 1. 79g/cm3respectively. The good winding property and the ideal void form were Charecterized.
