摘要
梅毒是一种临床表现极为复杂,严重危害人类健康的性传播疾病。其实验室检测是诊断和发现梅毒病例的主要手段。其中,血清学检测是诊断梅毒的重要依据之一,它在梅毒的诊断、治疗及研究方面均有重要意义。所以,正确的认识与评估梅毒血清学检测方法,对于指导实际应用具有非常重要的意义。本文拟对目前国内外梅毒血清学检测方法的进展及应用作一评述。
Syphilis is a sexual infectious disease, which has extremely complex manifestations and severely threatens human health. Laboratory test is the main method to diagnose and find Syphilis and Serology Test is one of the important evidences to diagnose Syphilis, which has important significance in diagnosis, treatment and research. Therefore, correct understanding and evaluation of Syphilis Serology Test have very important meaning when guiding the practice. This article has reviewed the current development and application of Syphilis Serology Test in the world.
