摘要
本文探讨了技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)的内涵及其所造成的影响,指出我国进行TBT预警机制建设的必要性,并在对国内外TBT预警机制研究现状进行了简要评价后,重点研究了我国TBT预警机制的内容与构建。
This paper first discusses the meaning and influences of the TBT, and then points out the necessities of construeting a TBT warning system in China. After a brief evaluation of the status quo of existing TBT warning system researches abroad and at home. the paper also focuses on the construction of China＇s TBT warning system.
