摘要
研究技术合理性问题具有重要的理论意义。技术合理性的实质是依据一定的标准和原则对技术实践活动的价值和意义的反思、评价和规范。技术合理性应当包括价值合理性、目的合理性和工具合理性三个方面的内容。技术合理性研究的现实意义是为人类走出生存危机、摆脱发展困境寻找一条现实而有效的途径。
The investigation of the rationality of technique has theoretical meaning. The essential about the rationality of technique is reflection and evaluation of the value and significance of practice according to definite standards and princlples. the rationality of technique includes three aspects： the rationality of value, the rationality of ends, the rationality of instruments. The realistic meaning about seeding the rationality of technique is looking for a good outlet of human living dilemma.
