摘要
江西铜业公司贵溪冶炼厂近年来通过技术改造,形成了30万t/a的矿铜生产能力,其闪速炉渣处理方式为电炉贫化, 电炉弃渣中含铜较高,贵冶借鉴国外炉渣处理的经验并通过缓冷电炉渣的浮选试验,最终确定了电炉渣和转炉渣混选工艺流程,该项目投产后预计海年可从废弃的电炉渣回收5000t铜金属。在国内铜精矿资源缺口日益严重的情况下,从电炉弃渣中回收铜可提高资源综合利用率。
Guixi smeher can produce 300,000 tons copper per year after the expansion project: The slag of flash furnace is treated with electric furnace, which contains Copper. Guixi smelter finally determine the slag process according to the successful experiences of foreign slag concentrator and the flotation test of cooled electric furnace slag, after this project put into operation, may collect from the discard electric furnace slag 5000 tons of copper metal per year. With domestic copper concentrate supply gap enlarging, recovering copper from slag can improve the service factor of resource.
