摘要
固相微萃取(SPME)技术是20世纪80年代末发展起来的一种崭新的样品前处理技术,由于具有简便、快速、灵敏度高、易自动化、不用溶剂等优点,问世后几年内便成功地用于环境、药物、食品等样品中的有机物测定。简单介绍了SPME技术和有机锡化合物的分析特点,综述了SPME技术在测定水、酒、体液、沉积物和生物样品中有机锡化合物的应用,最后展望了SPME技术广阔的应用前景。
Solid phase micro -extraction (SPME) is a new sample pretreatment technique, which developed at the end of 1980s. Because of many its advantages, such as simple and rapid operation, high sensitivity, easy automation, and without using toxic organic solvent, this method has been extensively applied to analyze organic pollutants in environment, food and medicament samples. In this paper, SPME technique and analytical characteristics of organotins were simply introduced, and the application of SPME for organotins analysis in environment samples, such as water, wine, body fluid, sediment and biological samples, were reviewed. According to the recent development of SPME study, it is believed that this technique will be widely used in many fields of chemical analysis.
