摘要
目的:从临床专家的知识结构来探讨血瘀证的量化诊断,为血瘀证量化诊断量表综合评价和制定研究提供参考。方法:对30名专家运用专家咨询法调查血瘀证量化诊断入选项目的筛选。结果:专家对于该课题的积极系数比较高。专家意见主要集中于一些反映“瘀”的病史、症状、体征。结论:所进行的血瘀证诊断专家调查得出的结果比较可靠,专家问卷调查是一种有效的血瘀证诊断方法之一。
Objective ： To explore the quantitative diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome from the angle of clinical experts ,and to give some reference to the establishment and evaluation of the BSS quantitative diagnosis scale. Methods ： Using Delphi method to investigate 30 clinical experts about the screening of indices of BSS. Results：The survey indicated that experts care about the quantitative diagnosis of BSS and the overall syndromes in TCM very much. The enter indices that the experts selected localized in the indices about＂ stasis＂. Conclusion：The results were credible and Delphi method was an important and effective method to ascertain the enter indices of BSS.
