摘要
标志激光偏光棱镜设计好坏的一个重要指标是棱镜的光强透射比,研究棱镜的光强透射比随入射角的变化有助于了解实验中光线非正入射时带来的光强损失。利用菲涅耳公式并考虑到多束光的干涉,得出了激光偏光棱镜的光强透射比公式,由该公式看出偏光棱镜的光强透射比与光束的入射角,胶合介质的折射率,入射波长,胶合层的厚度,入射面的方位及棱镜的结构角有关。通过对某些参数的合理设定,较系统地讨论了入射角对棱镜光能透射比的影响,得出了棱镜的光强透射比随入射角的变化规律。
Light transmission is an important parameter of polarizing prisms. Light intensity fluctuation is produced by abnormal incidence is known by studying the change of light transmission with the continuous change of incident angle. Along with Fresnel formula and multiple-beam interference, the formula of light transmission of laser polarizing prisms was got. This formula shows that light transmission changes with some parameters, such as incident angle, the refractive index of the glue, incident wavelength, thickness of the glue layer, azimuth of incident plane and the structure angle of prisms. By appropriately presetting some parameters, the effect of incident angle on light transmission is discussed systematic and some results are got about the change of light transmission due to the variation in incident angle.
