摘要
于1982年4月—1988年9月间,在本院1486例经手术治疗的食管癌患者中,发现有26例并存多原发性食管癌和其他消化系脏器癌。术前确诊6例,其余19例均仅于手术中发现并经术后病理确诊。本文讨论了同时件多发痛的诊断和治疗。
During April 1982 to September 1988, 1486 esphageal cancer patients were treated surgically in our hospital, among them 26 cases with mutiple primary cancers in gastrointestinal tract were found. In 6 cases caneers were diagnosed clearly before operation, and in 19 cases cancers were found only during operation and were diagnosed pathologically. The diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer with mutiple primary cancers was discussed briefly in this article.
