摘要
清代至民国时期晋中南地区的土地价格升降变化较大:清初经济凋敝地价较低,乾隆至道光年间地价持续上涨,道光年间达到高峰,此后地价不断下降,至光绪年间跌入谷底。地价的升降变化是经济、政治和自然灾害等多种因素影响的结果。
The rising and falling of land price had been rapidly changed in middle and south region of Shanxi province from Qing dynasty to Minguo period. In the early period of Qing dynasty, due to economic depression, land price was very low, land price keeping rising from Qianlong to Daoguang, keeping the peak in the period of Daoguang, then it was sharply decended. In the period of Guangxu it was the lowest. The rising and falling of land price was the results of various influences of economy, politics, natural disaster, etc.
