摘要
阐述了英国、德国、法国、美国等欧美发达国家成人教育立法的基本情况和成功经验,分析了我国成人教育立法的可能性和必要性,认为我国制定《成人教育法》时机成熟,强调我国成人教育立法有必要在立足国情的基础上积极借鉴他国的成功经验。树立依法治教的观念,大力发展成人教育;完善我国的教育法律体系,尽早制定《成人教育法》;借鉴他国经验,丰富成人教育立法的内容。
Have introduced and explained the basic situation and successful experience of such adult educational legislation of American - European as Britain , Germany , France , U.S.A. , etc. mainly, analysed the possibility and necessity of the educational legislation of adult of our country, the conditions our country formulates ＂Adult Educational Act＂ are ripe, It has the necessity adult educational legislation of our country draw lessons from the successful experience of other country actively on the basis base of our national conditions . Sets up idea which governs legally education, develops the adult education vigorously; Perfect the education legal system of our country, formulates ＂Adult Educational Act＂ as soon as possible ; Model other country experience, enrich the content of the adult educational legislation.
