摘要
加入WTO以后,我国农业国际竞争力的增强体现为着力推进技术、组织和制度创新。把高新技术融入传统农业促进技术创新;发展公司农业与农业公司以促进组织创新;建立合理、稳定的利益联结机制以促进制度创新。制度创新可以形成稳定高效的农业产业化价值链,促进公司农业的发展,技术创新则可以提升和延伸农业产业化价值链。组织创新是依托,技术创新是根本,制度创新是条件,三者相辅相成,相互促进。
After joining WTO, agriculture will have to strengthen the international competitive power in our country. This specially requests us to exert ourselves the technology, organization and institution innovations advancement. To inosculate the traditional agriculture the high and new technology promotes Technical innovation; Development corporate farming and agricultural company promotes Organization innovation ; Reasonable establishing the stable benefit joint mechanism can promote Institution innovation. Organization innovation is the supports, technology innovation is the fundamentality, and institution innovation is the conditions. Three complements one another and promotes mutually.
