摘要
目的观察新生戒毒胶囊(洋金花、延胡索、玄参、石菖蒲等)对海洛因依赖小鼠免疫低下的改善作用。方法采用给昆明种小鼠皮下注射海洛因的方法造成海洛因依赖模型,造模后用新生戒毒胶囊高、中、低3个剂量进行治疗,并和空白对照组、未进行治疗的模型组及福康片阳性对照组比较。检测小鼠血清溶血素、耳壳肿胀度、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数、脾细胞溶血、玫瑰花结形成数量、白介素-2活性、T淋巴细胞总数、辅助T淋巴细胞数和抑制T淋巴细胞数的百分率等指标。结果使用新生戒毒胶囊大、中剂量组小鼠的血清溶血素、耳壳肿胀度、吞噬百分率、吞噬指数、脾细胞溶血明显上升,新生戒毒胶囊大剂量组的玫瑰花结形成数量、白介素-2活性、T淋巴细胞总数、辅助T淋巴细胞数和抑制T淋巴细胞数的百分率较海洛因模型组也有显著升高,福康片这方面的作用不明显。结论新生戒毒胶囊在体液免疫和细胞免疫两方面提高海洛因依赖小鼠的机体免疫力,能够有效治疗海洛因依赖所致的免疫低下,有望成为一种新型戒毒用药。
Objective To study The effeets of ＂Xinsheng Jiedu Capsule＂ on immunity of heroin-dependent mice, Method Kuming mice were subcutaneously injected heroin to make heroin-addiction model and then divided into three treatment groups, control group, model group and positive group. Serum hemolysin, auricle swelling, phagocytic index, IL 2, total lymphocyte and helper T lymphocyte were detected. Results Large and middle doses of ＂Xinsheng Jiedu Capsule＂ could improve serum hemolysin, auricle swelling, phagocytic index, IL-2, total lymphocyte and helper T lymphocyte, but the positive medieine did not work significantly. Conclusion ＂Xinsheng Jiedu Capsule＂ can boost the immunity in heroin-dependent mice.
