摘要
目的观察逍遥助卵煎治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效。方法对30例肝肾不足、气血虚弱的POF患者(治疗组)从肝入手,用逍遥助卵煎益肾养肝、调补气血、活血通经治疗。并与同期雌孕激素贯序疗法(HRT)治疗的30例(对照组)作对照,以3个月为1个疗程,连续治疗1～2个疗程,治疗后作阴道超声、内分泌检查及临床症状评估。结果治疗组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率83.4%,两组疗效经统计学处理无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论逍遥助卵煎有改善卵巢功能的作用,可替代西医激素疗法。
To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Xiaoyao Zhuluan Decoction＂ in the treatment of premature ovarian failure（POF）, 30 cases in treatment group were trcatcd with this Decoction and another 30 cases in control group were treated with hormone replacement therapy（HRT）, for 1-2 courses with 3 months in a course. Vaginal ultrasonic examination, endocrine function and clinical symptoms were done. Results： The total effective rate was 80.0% in treatment group and 83.4% in control group, P〉0.05. It is suggested that this Decoction is similar to hormone in improving ovarian functions.
