百路达对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 百路达是国内新研制的银杏叶制剂,本文采用跳台法及避暗法初步探讨了百路达对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响。本实验结果表明,百路达能明显提高正常小鼠学习记忆成绩、改善NaNo2记忆缺损模型鼠的记忆,其作用较脑复康强25倍以上,认为百路达是从植物中提取出来的安全、可靠并高效的促智药物,具有推广价值。本文尚简单探讨了其促智的可能机制,并对两种学习记忆实验方法作了比较。 rats were involved in a randomized, blinded,positive controlled, paralled group design. The effects of three defferent dosages of Ginkgo biloba extract(Promod) on learning and memory of normal rats,NaNO2-induced memory-impaired rats were assessed,using step-down and step-through tests. The facilitation action on learning and memory in normal rats at dose or 40mg/kg, and the improvement or normalization of NaNO2 -induced impaired memory at dosages of 40mg/kg, 80mg/kg were observed. The effect of Premed was 25 times morn than that of positive group(Piracetam). It is suggested Promod is a potent nootriptics.
