摘要
本文对50例慢性粒细胞白血病患者(其中慢性期43例、急变期7例)的外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)率及细胞动力学(CK)进行了研究,发现治疗前慢性期患者SCE率低、细胞周期延长;急变期患者SCE率明显增高、细胞周期缩短。并通过动态变化的SCE率和CK观察,对慢性粒细胞白血病的治疗效果,病情变化以及预后进行了评价。
Mean sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency and cytokinetics(CK) of peripheral blood lymphocytes from 50 patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML), including 43 in chronic phase(CP) and 7 in blastic crisis(BC), was investigated. Mean SCE frequency was significantly lower and CK longer in untreated cases with CP than in normals. Mean SCE frequency was higher in cases with BC than in both cases with CP and normals. CK in cases with BC was shorter than in cases with CP and was not significantly di-fferente from normals.The curative effect, clinical course and prognosis of patients with CML were cytogen-etical/ly evaluated by means of continuous investigation of SCE and CK.
